Who we are

What we collect
- Your country, worked out from your connection or chosen by you, so we show the right prices and stores.
- Your cookie choice, so we don't ask on every visit, and a record of that choice.
- Your email, if you sign up for early access or create an account.
- If you have an account: your saved outfits, items you mark as owned, your country and range preferences, and whether you want sale alerts. Accounts are run by our database provider, Supabase.
- Buy clicks: which product and store you clicked, and when. We don't link this to your name.
- Visit counts: to count visitors without cookies, we use a one-way scrambled code made from your connection and browser that changes every day. We never store your IP address.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Why we use your information
To run the site and show relevant prices (our legitimate interest), to send emails you asked for (your consent), and to receive commission through affiliate tracking (your consent where the law requires it).
Where it's stored
Our site is hosted by Vercel, which may process data in the United States and other countries with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
If you have an account, you can download your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe from emails at any time by contacting privacy@layerskit.com. You can also complain to your privacy regulator: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (New Zealand), the OAIC (Australia), the ICO (UK), your national data protection authority (EU/EEA), or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
